BEC HILL & LOU SANDERS - EDINBURGH PREVIEWS
Wednesday 1st JULY - CHARLES CRYER STUDIO - SUTTON

LOU SANDERS’s shows are a genderless riot from a little old force to be reckoned with.

Sanders goes hard-pedal without too much fuss. Forty five plus jokes, six props, one hero and I dare say a bit of heartbreak (you) and a smattering of ground-break (her).

Sanders generally, absolutely, ultimately nails it. Sleaze: turned down. Clothed: fully. As seen on Stewart Lee’s Alternative Comedy Experience and Russell Howard’s Good News.

“Destined for hugeness” Time Out

“Crazy off-beat surrealism, something new is happening in comedy” Independent

“If you're not entertained by this you've got a problem” Fest

Opening the show is Laughing Coyote favourite - Australian comedian and cartoonist BEC HILL.

Bec comes armed with some lovely stories – punctuated with her beloved puns – as well as some of the most inventive live animation of her own flip chart creations. She possesses a refreshing blend of charm, whimsy and infectious enthusiasm, which has gained a cult-following in Australia and the UK. But what makes her unique is her skilful ability to bring her “arts and craft” imagination to life on stage.

After gaining in reputation over the last few years Bec recently won two awards at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe with her shows, “Bec & Tom’s Awesome Laundry” and “Bec Hill: Ellipsis”.
